September 2003 - Bookday

Alta du Toit School's own fairy godmother conjured up all the fairytale characters on our bookday. Every child that could guess the story, received an edible treat as reward. Thisway, we teach our learners about books. Mrs Mariëtte Viljoen is one of our creative staffmembers and is also responsible for the script of Stoepstories, our fashion parade that takes place on 31 October. 19 September 2003 - Annual fun walk

The first participants (5km - group) arrive back at the school after the fun walk that Mr Heiné Muller organises every year. Everyone took part - even learners confined to wheelchairs. Note the wonderful view on Table Mountain from Alta du Toit School's front steps.
